5. Honestly, while you can get used to non fat and low or no sugar things,

the do not taste at all the same as the real thing. Don't try to fool yourself.

Some years ago I remember dieticians (and I'm convinced they are the devil's minions) would declare sanctimoniously that low or nof fat yogurt was indistinguishable from full fat sour cream. But they were wrong. Wrong. Wrong. The real problem is that dieticians apparently could not begin to taste the difference, and assumed that others couldn't either. And they were wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

I'm okay if you prefer low or non fat whatever. But don't EVER think that others can't tell the difference.
