11. In the recipe I have you take pudding mx and add it to greek yougurt...I doctor it up usually...you

end with zero point cheese cake on WW. I posted my recipe below...I usually make my own pudding mix as I don't like aspartame. But this is the basic recipe...I have made Lemon, Pumpkin and Chocolate. And other folks are just fine with the pudding mix. If you make your own, you make the dry mix and add it to the Greek yogurt.



Also, chill it a really long time...at least 8 hours but 24 is better. And you can add a low calorie crust if you like, I don't.

Please note...this is the basic recipe I use...I did not invent it...the people who did are listed on this post...hope you like it. Also, it you don't mind aspartame...people love using the sugar free pudding mix...I just hate it...usually use a mix of allulose and real sugar...and sometimes a bit of stevia all natural. Swerve is very popular but I can't tolerate swerve...gives me a stomachache but most people do tolerate it well...Enjoy.
