Using the cauliflower crust I made a couple days ago. Then mozzarella cheese, shittake mushrooms, sliced and sauteed, and then a few sprinkles of chopped tomato and garlic. Before I put the crust on the pan to bake, I sprinkled cornmeal. Makes the crust so delicious.
