4. I was craving apples

last night in bed. I was thinking about an apple-filled crepe.

However, I didn't have the patience to make it this a.m. because I was so hungry, so I had sliced apples over granola, topped with whole almonds and a little agave to sweeten it. Ginger tea, of course.
