2. I made a mushroom bisque...tried recreate a dish I had at a french restaurant in Cleveland...it

was delicious. I used mushrooms, beef broth onions, garlic, dairy free half and half...fresh thyme and cognac. I also cooked shrimp in a little lemon, plant butter, garlic, salt and pepper. I made garlic bread and peas and carrots too. For dessert fresh strawberries with almond whipped cream for me and regular for hubs. I grated a Hershey's kiss on my strawberries.
