We go down HWY 67, right thought Dublin, to visit my sister out in West Texas. Dublin is a neat town. Home of the old Dr. Pepper factory that made the drink with real sugar (not anymore), we always stopped there. It was where the "Rodeo Train" originated to take Rodeo Shows to Madison Sq. Garden.

Will be stopping to buy some cheese for sure. Gotta try that Redneck Cheddar.
