what do you call this hose? [View all]

I want to look it up, but I don't know what it is called, but I'm sure there must be such a thing--
I have a rain barrel in my garden,
I want something that will pull water from the rain barrel, thru a hose, that I can put into a water can, or directly on the garden.

Is Possible?
