my house is full of them. At least half of them are the same kind, which is Devil's Ivy, also knows as Golden Pothos. It grows like crazy and can be started from cuttings until your house is full too.

I suggest this because I see that you will not have drainage in this pot, and it can be neglected terribly---overwatered one week and dried out and forgotten the next week. You will have to be careful what you put in this---it cannot be too picky with drainage problems...and make sure you don't overwater it, since the water will have no place to go.

And maybe for the center, a spider plant would work---this is supposed to be another plant that is hard to kill, although I have not had good luck.
