Once the city decided to use them for animal control, they moved them to a beautiful building and then informed them they became a kill shelter. They could not get their old build back because it was torn down and now need volunteer foster homes.
Do you get orange spray to keep the dog away from you? I never needed to use it, the dogs were all sweet even though they said some were biters, or mean, I never had a problem.
