That is definitely a pure-bred Seal Point, my ex-stepmom and mom of my brothers raised Siamese for half of my life. Siamese and Snowshoes (very close relative) are all I've ever owned, and along with Burmese is all anyone in my immediate family has.

Unless you're friends or family of a breeder (or you come across some asshole dumping it), you're not getting that kitten cheap.
