'll ask again: How come Chicago doesn't have the lowest of the three? It is the strictest "gun control city" of the three.

I'll repeat again: >>>> Unbebeevable. Uh, newsflash to beevul, Chicago allows handguns & shall issue concealed carry, while California is 'may issue', and New York City disallows concealed carry in the city.

New York and california are may issue ccw, while illinois is now shall issue. You can get a ccw permit in chicago if you are legal, but you must demonstrate need in los angeles & I don't think you can get one in NYC, or must demonstrate need.

Explain why you think chicago has the strictest gun control policies of the 3 gun control major cities. I need to update my x-files for my book 'GNs say the nuttiest things'.
