I’m referring to the possibility of another shooting. Maybe a potential shooter would choose another target be sure of concealed carriers, but it seems that school shooters are directing their hostility to students st particular schools. Then, in the event of a shooting, the issue is whether and to what extent gun carriers will change the outcome.
