... we've been told on here that average citizens can't be trusted not to use the NICS system for frivolous and slanderous reasons. This assumes, of course, that the miscreants would be willing to risk the felony charges involving in creating fraudulent and fictitious gun purchases just to potentially embarrass an enemy.
