"No guns on public transportation" sounds pretty classist to me.

I live in NY, where a person who has a carry permit is not banned from carrying a firearm in churches, public transportation, or even bars. Furthermore, New York has a "castle doctrine," which allows one to use lethal force against an intruder in one's own home, without a duty to retreat.

Let's not be too quick to jump on Missouri.
