(36,291 posts)19. I bought three bolt action Mosin-Nagant rifles on line on 3 seperate occasions
They were shipped to nearby gun dealers where I had to show a photo ID (my drivers license), fill out a questionnaire and sign it, and have a background check done before they handed me the guns.
