7:30 a.m. Wednesday - WATERLOO, Iowa --- Two Cedar Falls residents who told police they were stabbed and robbed during an early Tuesday morning scuffle have been arrested.

Officers said the people were stabbed in self defense when they broke in to a home.

Police arrested Branden James Boyer, 17, Milo David Rousseau, 37, and for first-degree burglary and second-degree robbery Tuesday night. They were taken to the Black Hawk County Jail.

They also arrested a third person, Trevor Allen Kern, 17, of Cedar Falls, who was the alleged getaway driver, police said. Kern wasn’t injured.
