The holes handgun bullets would make are too small to cause major structural damage or dangerous loss of pressure. I'm sure it'd be noisy and uncomfortable, but not dangerous.

EDIT: Provided the holes are in the fuselage, and not a passenger. Handgun bullets are big enough to cause major structural damage and dangerous loss of pressure in passengers. Marksmanship is a must!
