To Donald Trump:

Put up or shut up.

Tell us in detail how you plan to accomplish each of your stated goals:
- Build the Mexican wall
- Deport millions of "illegal aliens"
- Defeat ISIS
- Invigorate the American economy

Explain them without your usual bombast, lies, innuendos and general deflection.

Otherwise, shut up.
