Any package fubo.tv adds in the U.S. will require the core bundle of channels to be purchased as well. This is the reason for the price increase to watch the Giro d'Italia. The fubo.tv cycling package is only $8.99, but you have to buy the 55 channel core bundle at $34.95 to get it. (Canadian viewers will not be subject to this same core bundle requirement and will pay $24.98 for cycling plus a few other channels). The U.S. bundle includes NBCSN and Universal HD which will give you live streaming of the Tour de France, Tour of California and delayed broadcasts/highlights from other ASO races including the Vuelta a Espana and Paris-Roubaix.

I've been pretty happy with the NBC Sports Gold package ($19.99) which had most of the spring classics, the Ardennes, Paris-Nice and Roubaix. But no Giro.

What kind of pissed me off last year was that I was in France during the second half of the Tour, and found out that NBC Sports won't stream in Europe (unless you use a US proxy server which degrades quality).

There are some pirated Giro live streams and, oddly, Colombia's sports TV network does not include regional restrictions. Of course, if you are watching a Colombian sports channel, you get intensive coverage of every time Nairo takes a gel, picks his nose, or what have you.

Or just stay in the "no spoiler zone" all day and catch the highlights or broadcast replays available on YouTube.

Given that Dumolin - Dumolin off all people - had over two minutes on Nairo Q, gained ground on the leading group from the time he took a dump to the time they crossed the line, and held onto 31 seconds advantage, then this would be a very different race if nature hadn't called.

The Maglia Rosa taking a dump is right up there on the hit parade with Froome running up Ventoux.
