2. Sure looks like a bebe to me.

In the past week, I've seen the following while out and about:

Four Red-tailed Hawk nestlings in two separate nests. Both pairs were flexing their flight muscles even though they are mostly fluffballs.

An Eastern Phoebe nest with three nestlings. Mom and dad flew in and out all day bringing bugs to them.

A pair of Red-bellied Woodpeckers bringing food to their nestlings in a dead walnut tree. The clever couple put the nest under a shelf mushroom to keep the weather out (I've seen this several behavior several times in the past few years.)

A Baltimore Oriole pair has their "dirty sock" nest hanging in a neighbor's yard. I heard the young squawking last evening when dad showed up with dinner.

And finally, a pair of Robins has a single nestling outside my office window. Even a single bird keeps the parents busy all day.
