About 2 hours ago, both parents had left the nest but got back around the same time. One was carrying some stems and then it looks--to me--like they started burying their baby. Both stand there an d look at the baby, one of the birds tweating away. I feel like they were having a service for the baby

Is this the Cape Henlopen Park nest? There were three chicks, two which had passed and the third passed this morning. I am so sad to watch the mama stand over the chick. I’m not sure I have the heart to watch these cams, I’m currently watching 3 Osprey cams and 4 Eagle cams…nature can be so cruel
