also religious but they've made me laugh.

I don't know. I've read the Bible through at least twice. It's sure confusing at times and the confusion is well-founded when we look at detailed information about the various aspects of the Wholly Writ.

I don't trust people who self-identify (or are identified by others) as religious. According to my study of
history it's religious people who cause a lot of trouble, lighting the fires that burned heretics or witches
to death or plaiting the nooses used for hanging the same people and others who are judged guilty.

I'm surprised and saddened that a person who "read omnivorously" didn't self-educate herself out of
of her religious delusions, since it was a big help to me.
