How do you observe your Sabbath?

10. Attending Mass, either at the vigil (Saturday evening) or

Sunday, late morning.
Being of the senior variety, convenience of hours is important to me, so I often attend at a neighboring parish rather than my own parish. I'm usually on my own at these outings, except when out-of-town son is visiting, when he accompanies me.
Frequently chat with other church-goers afterward - sometimes at a fellowship offered by the parish. This social function is an extra reward to me for continuing the effort to attend weekly.

Often make a stop at a pharmacy, grocery, or drive-through eatery (for bagel or tacos) which I take to a nearby park, eating while relaxing & taking in the beauty and activity all around.

If I have household chores to do, I do them on the Sabbath, knowing that the Lord understands that my energy level is limited and must be spread out over the whole week to accomplish what's necessary
