and until we allow ourselves full human experience and expression, our energy will continue to be blocked.

I think it was Ann Ortelee, writing recently about letting go, who finally phrased it in a way that made sense to me. That when are so completely wrung out and exhausted from the emotional roller coaster that we just numbly cease to care...that is when we finally can completely let go.

That is what resonated with me. That is what I have experienced repeatedly throughout my life. That when I have totally burned up the feeling, to where I just don't give a flying fuck about anything, that is when I finally let go. Rest. And then move forward without the burden of what I was clinging to (usually some expectation not met).
