When my brother crossed over, I was in such pain -- emotional and physical -- that one night I was sobbing so hard I couldn't catch my breath. I screamed out "please help me!" and felt 2 arms wrap themselves around me and hold me, rocking me like I was a small child. The comfort was immediate. Never figured that out, but I was so grateful for the peace.
