He also asserts that "confusion is of the Devil", but he doesn't say that conservatives have created the confusion. Pope Francis is actually not only following the example of Christ, he's also telling the bishops to do likewise.

Conservative "Catholics" seem to have a problem with actually doing what Christ commanded, preferring to act like modern-day Pharisees instead, looking down their nose at others.
