You seem to be claiming that Booker was unaware that Jewish people were the target of this attack and that black supremacists were the perpetrators -- i.e., he did not have complete information.

Look carefully at Booker's statement:

"Earlier today, Booker was at the Jersey City Greenville precinct for a briefing by local law enforcement and representatives from federal agencies about the ongoing investigation."
