I had assumed all is lost when reports started coming that not only were glaciers in South America disappearing, but Lake Titicaca, between Peru and Bolivia is rapidly dropping.

Seeing in your article that there are actually some lakes growing was interesting, although I think it's a given the thawed water from formerly frigid zones have something to do with that.
