I thought Sanders did that last night. He kept his cool, answered the questions concisely and in the end seemed to impress even Chris Cuomo--at least a little.

Hillary was given easy questions and positively fawned over by Cuomo. I half expected one of his questions to be "Secretary Clinton, why are you so awesome." This enabled her to ramble on. Frankly, she would have come off better if he had come at her hard and held her to the questions. If her supporters think she would melt in the face of tough questions I'd suggest taking a look at the footage from the Bengazi committee hearing.
