The 2 points I gathered from his Hillary rant are 1) Bill made AFDC cuts, but Hillary isn't Bill, and 2) she didn't personally reach out to Bob and warn him the Obama NSA was doing its job vis-a-vis electronic surveillance which unless there's a scintilla of evidence otherwise has no interest in Bob or his boring communications.
