Particularly those who got the most things done like Roosevelt, Kennedy and Johnson. And they were smart enough to keep a lid on it.

Maybe if Obama and Carter would have had something going on, they could have accomplished more.

But Bill Clinton was the only one stupid enough to get caught repeatedly and have it blow up in his face. Monica Lewinsky wasn't the only one ya know.
