forget SCOTUS, this election is about climate change [View all]

The top two Republicans are climate deniers. If either is elected, they will undo whatever good Obama has done and refuse to ratify the Paris agreement. Other countries will use this as an excuse for their own inaction.

Both Hillary and Bernie have detailed plans with good stuff in them, though Bernie's is more comprehensive and ambitious. Reading both plans, it's clear he gets how urgent it is. But Hillary is at least on board and could maybe be convinced to take stronger action.
With either Republican, we will only go backwards.

I honestly think this is our last chance for action. While i appreciate that people have very strong opinions about the candidates, sitting out the election is a vote in favor of irreversible climate change.
