Note the pattern: large states with lots of delegates at stake. All using the same software.

Other pattern: running out of ballots. The 1st time happenstance. 2nd time coincidence. 3rd time enemy actionNow it's happened in state after state after state. Voter suppression by simply not having enough ballots.

Have they not figured out that this election is generating huge turnout? Actually, they probably have. And they've determined that not having enough ballots on hand is a viable way to suppress turnout.

It's not that they don't learn from experience. It's that they learn all the wrong lessons.
