It's a simple fact that there's a big difference in support in the South and the rest of the country.

Clinton beat Sanders an average of 66% to 34% in the South. Sanders has beat Clinton 54% to 46% everywhere else. All the South has voted, except Kentucky. Sanders needs 56.5% of the vote in the remaining states to lead the pledged delegate race.

It'll be tough, esp. with some states like New York coming up, but 54% is not that far off from 56.5%.
