Factual reality: Sanders moved to Vermont in the mid-1960's and did become mayor until 1981, a decade and a half later. That does not suggest that he 'moved to run for office'. Nor does it compare strongly with the facts of Hillary's relocation, Moynihan announces retirement in 1998, Clintons move to NY in 1999, Hillary runs for Senate from NY in 2000. This very strongly indicates that she did in fact move to NY to run for office.

Distortion. And that's about very basic dates and uncontested facts. Not intellectually honest.
