28. Oh but it is completely relevant even in court

I assure you if you get angry because someone is beating up your kid and you injure that person while they are abusing your child it will be seen as justifiable. OTOH if you hit that same person for retrieving something off of your property that had accidentally got there the courts might see fit to lock you up.
