Of course, you are 100% CORRECT

Years before Texas, Vermont and others signed a compact to move low-level radioactive waste (you do know we are talking about stuff like rubber gloves, etc. that have been exposed to radiation, not fissile material, right?) to Sierra Blanca, BILL CLINTON and his "partner" had already saw to it that a huge toxic waste dump got built there. In other words, CLINTON policy had already poisoned that community before Vermont AND Texas even asked permission for their transfer.

Here's the kicker . . . Bill's poison pit was actually built . . . the citizens of Sierra Blanca were actually hurt. The nuclear waste site the Hillabullies are trying to use to claim that Sanders favors environmental racism? . . . never built.
