Like saying it will cost $15trillion over 10 years without mentioning they won't be paying for private insurance, which ends up *saving* everyone money. Yeah, the number does drop when presented that way. The Republicans have been doing it for years, and now Hillary supporters have latched on to it. Anything for the win!
