pretty much okay with him beating Clinton.

Actions > words.

Clinton's 2016 platform is further to the left than Gore's 2000 platform, and Obama is further to the left than Bill Clinton was. So this 'rightward drift' talk is nonsense.

People who voted for Clinton over Sanders had reasons for doing so--and it's not the reasons you imagine. People didn't vote for Clinton because they think the status quo is so awesome it has to be preserved. They voted for her because she's better able to change it for the better. Not just talk about how it should be better, but actually make it better.

Hurt feelings, not policy, is what drives people to say they won't do a damn thing to prevent Trump from being President, just like it was in 2000.
