all understand a 'due process' standard to mean a criminal prosecution standard.

Our terrorist lists include names from all over the world, non-citizens of US. Are they entitled to 'due process' or is 'suspected' a high enough standard?

If a US citizen shares that same name - we are talking hundreds of thousands around the world - does that require removal of the name, or just a way for the US citizen to clear his or her name?

The 'no fly list' is often identified as including US citizens at around 500. Should no citizens be 'inconvenienced' in the most difficult possibility of saving US lives from potential terrorists - who are demonstrably here?
