Koch's group is by far the most powerful dark money group, and those 30 years are investment for far, far more. Not all of the very wealthy would support Charles Koch's plan to dismantle the federal government almost entirely, leaving mainly only the military, and shrink most state governments to bare bones, but they'd be on board most of the way.
For those who aren't already properly scared: That turning over of all federal lands to the states already in the 2016 GOP platform is definitely a major priority of this group, whose profiteering has been sadly blocked for years. SCOTUS decisions also eliminating the rest of the progressive laws on the books, such as labor laws, minimum wage, compulsory education, most compulsory taxes including for Social Security and Medicare, federal oversight of state elections, environmental controls, as well as most federal constraints on other state powers, and on and on and on would be churned as fast as they bring get the cases before the court.
And so much more eventually, all in the name of personal freedom and a strong, healthy society but with an unstated goal of making sure "the people" are never powerful enough to get control again.
