in the way she speaks, she ties off every loose end and what could be
misinterpreted language.

She left no ambiguities. That is an incredible asset.

What I mean is:

If you say "the Republicans" did this or that and then list 10 things,
you have to repeat "the Republicans" 10 times to drill it into people's minds
and so the press won't misquote or selectively quote.

Obama and Bill often did not follow that discipline.
