I would hate to think I had to work full time on capitol hill and chair the entire national party, while spending a year planning and organizing this week's amazing convention. Also, she's not alone. There is always a faction blaming the party chair for everything under the sun. Howard Dean was villified, too. One last thing: the party targets races and candidates every damned day, and you can bet your bottom dollar the statisticians, forensic speech consultants, debate prep experts and many, many others' opinions are taken into consideration when deciding on which candidate to promote.

To everyone believing that the party doesn't treating candidates equally, please volunteer for a local campaign and learn how the system works. It's really rewarding!
