8. Yup, MS has the highest African American % of any state

so if she gets all the non-white vote and we can get the high turnout, she needs only 15.5% of the whites to win a simple majority. It's not a very big state, it could happen based on Trump's unfavorable views from religious people and women.

Democrats have won congressional seats there as recently as 2008 when 3 of their 4 US reps were Dems. I want it mainly as an FU to the GOP to break their confidence in what they thought were solid red states.

Red to blue has happened in Virginia, NC, Colorado, and other states mainly due to population migration.
