It sounds like the voters were legally in line by the specified time and the polling staffers simply sent them to another location to finish their voting?

Either way, the Trump campaign is arguing that people who were in line by the legal time should not be allowed to vote.

This sounds like an attempt to disqualify legal votes based on a technicality.
