8. Obamacare hasn't started yet so this isn't compliant with the new health law.

If, after the ACA actually starts the cost is the same, simply drop that company and choose a cheaper one.

The ACA guarantees competition because your choice of companies and price of coverage isn't limited by your medical history anymore.

Companies that overcharge will lose customers.
(Though the ACA also limits overcharging so I'll bet his bill will drop as soon as the law takes effect. )

This might be some kind of gouging to grab as much as they can before the new law limits them.

I just read the above post stating that the guy is a Humana lobbyist.
Geez what sleaze.
