12. not enough people

even though Davis came heart-breakingly close, he did not have any coat-tails. I think we lost ground in the legislature. At least I know my own district went from D to R (it was an "open" seat). I am not even sure what he could have accomplished as Governor considering the legislature he would have been dealing with.
