in the early 90s, and it cost them congress just like it cost BHO after ACA got passed.

Except they were able to kill it.

I know it is hard for people to focus on, given that they do take the low road in race baiting ...

But, if John Kerry had penned it, it would be Kerrycare, etc.

It is about hating anything the conservative sound machine tells them to hate.
