It would work much faster if oh I dunno a jobs bill or two could be passed. And oh I dunno, a bill to bring jobs back to the US was passed. And perhaps if we could tax income that is being horded, that might do some good as well. While we are at it we could take a chunk of change out of the MIC and apply that to our debt maybe and stop building shiny new toys to kill people to further corporate interests outside of the U.S.
