cap to pay for it, and make Medicare available to all. HRC carefully avoided answering whether she would expand SS benefits, even tho asked more than once. She said something like, she would seek to help those on SS that needed it the most. Didn't mention the cap or Medicare of all.

Every indicator I've seen, indicates that Sen Sanders was far superior.
